Training Introduction

SonoScape's service department provides face-to-face training and online training to distributors at Headquarters and overseas offices every year. This includes clinical applications, products and features, technical services, and our company policy. Technical news, the latest software, technique upgrades, and repair experience will also be provided during the training process. We are here to welcome all the distributors to join us and are excited to see you in the training class.

  • Technical Support

    SonoScape provides technical support through our highly trained and experienced service support team. An international team of professionals from all over the world, our staff are here to help you so you can quickly return to helping your patients.

  • Spare Parts Support

    SonoScape and its subsidiaries have enough spare parts inventory for all products for at least 5 years after production is officially stopped.

  • Training

    SonoScape and its subsidiaries provide different levels of training to customers, distributors, and service partners including marketing, operation, application and troubleshooting, etc.

  • Field Service

    SonoScape service representatives provide preventive maintenance, calibration, breakdown repair and other field services on request.
    *Field service may be provided by authorized SonoScape service providers. The type of field services provided in different regions may vary according to local service providers.

  • Upgrade

    SonoScape has various upgrade solutions to meet customer’s requirements for function, application or performance.

About Us

International service team is a team of senior engineers and a dedicated workforce in China and abroad. The majority of our engineers have been working in the medical field for more than 7 years and most of them are master's degree holders.
